Mission
My mission is to guide students in achieving an optimum state of wellbeing: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I offer a mindful and nurturing yoga practice which brings together mind and body, using the breath as an anchor.
Vision
To provide a safe space where students feel comfortable to explore and connect with their innermost selves. To offer a yoga practice for all, so happiness and health can be achieved.

If you are looking for a traditional class that takes a holistic approach and teaches yoga in its fullest sense it would definitely be worth trying one of Aline's classes. Morning classes are energizing and set you up for the day, whilst the class in the evening takes a more restorative approach and gives you an opportunity to recharge your batteries. Definitely a good antidote to the crazy times we are currently living in.
Aline's yoga has helped me in so many ways. I feel like I'm learning yoga rather than just attending a class. Her restorative yoga is calm and relaxing and she is so supportive - even through zoom!
I always finish the class feeling good and her morning classes give me a great start to the day. It is more than just yoga. The breathing techniques and meditation really help to quiet the mind and just slow down!
I look forward to her classes every week. I would highly recommend Aline to anyone seeking inner peace and wanting to give themselves the love and 'me time' they need.
I would highly recommend Aline’s classes. Welcoming and supportive, whatever your ability. The classes are a wonderful way to bring calm and focus and connect back to ourselves in a busy world.
I was a complete beginner who was looking to bring some peace, calm and self-care into my life. I definitely found this with Aline, who is a very supportive teacher. We covered a range of Hatha yoga as well as breathing techniques. I always feel very calm and relaxed at the end of the practices and would highly recommend Aline.
