Welcome to my website.

Hi! I’m Aline.

I am passionate about guiding students on the way to achieving an optimum state of well-being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I offer a mindful, nurturing and safe space for yoga practice where we explore asana, pranayama and meditation. By sharing the ancient yogic tools, I help students to cultivate space for a more harmonious and peaceful inner selves in our busy lives.

When I’m not teaching, I love spending time with my daughter, partner and cat at home. I really enjoy reading and learning, and continue to develop my experience and knowledge about yoga in all its different aspects. I like being out in nature so I am always up for a walk. I enjoy connecting with friends and family over a good meal (more realistic, over Facetime!) and a lively conversation!
