YOGA ON THE HEATH: SUMMER SOLSTICE SPECIAL
SATURDAY 20TH JUNE 2026, 6 – 7 PM
Join me to celebrate the longest day of the year with Yoga on the Heath, in collaboration with the Friends of Therfield Heath.
The Summer Solstice, or Midsummer, is the longest day of the year in the Northern hemisphere. It’s a time to celebrate the light (and the life it sustains), to welcome the height of the Summer and to ignite the flame within.
This class will be the perfect opportunity to get immersed in nature – and the vibrant energy at the Heath- to connect with the solstice’s energy with gently energising yoga as well as tapping into inner stillness.
This is a charity class; part of the proceeds will be donated to the Friends of Therfield Heath.
