Are you experiencing perimenopause signs, such as:
anxiety | overwhelm| insomnia | fatigue
The list can go on and on! We’ll stick to these symptoms for the purpose of this workshop.
If you answered yes to one or all these symptoms, even if you’re not in the perimenopause or menopause stage of your life, this workshop is for YOU! Our experiences are not linear; we know that anxiety can be present at different stages in life, sometimes more intensified.
I’m thrilled to be offering this tailored workshop, for women and people to allow themselves space to reset and learn to thrive in this natural transition.
What is Menopause Yoga (MY)?
Menopause Yoga uses specially adapted yoga poses, breathing exercises and mindful meditation to support women currently going through menopause.
What’s in store:
- breathwork to centre, calm and reset the nervous system
- slow and mindful movement
- restorative yoga for deep rest and soothing the nervous system
- a supportive space to feel heard, to connect with other women
- journaling
- practices you can take away with you to apply to daily life
