Join me for this FUNDRAISING CLASS at the Heath to mark this year’s Autumn Equinox, in collaboration with the Friends of the Therfield Heath
The Autumn Equinox marks the official start of Autumn and two moments in the year: when the Sun is exactly above the Equator and day and night are of equal length.
At this time of the year nature reminds us to notice the interplay of light and dark, to find balance between these two poles and to begin the autumnal invitation to release.
This outdoor class will offer the perfect way to connect with the changing of the seasons in our beloved Heath!
Autumn Equinox Yoga Class

£10 Members of Friends of Therfield Heath / £12 Non Members
