This gathering is an opportunity to connect with like-minded people, practice meditation with a group in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and invite in inner peace, calm and serenity.
What to expect:
– simple, uplifting chants accompanied by the sound of harmonium
– grounding breathwork for clarity
– a guided meditation to connect with the heart space.
