Join me in nature and allow yourself to transition into the grounding, nourishing earth energy of Late Summer season.

Take time to pause, connect to your centre and create a stable anchor for change and growth to take place.

Escape to the woods for the day, and fill up on tranquility, and the nourishing gifts offered by nature. 

The intention for our day retreat this year is to align with the energy of the Earth Element, through movement and stillness.

As the Earth Element provides the common ground for the interaction of all the elements, this is a great chance to learn how to bring balance to your body, energy and emotions and transform any stressors into free flowing energy.

Been to Ashlyn Woods before? Then no introduction is needed. It is a magical place, filled with life and stillness, paradoxically. Ashlyn Woods is a much loved, well taken care land, with a high vibration. So come and experience it for yourself, fill up and give back to Mother Nature some of your vibration too.

Ashlyn’s woodland clearing offers both spaciousness and protected seclusion. It’s the perfect spot for a nourishing day of self-care and reconnection.

What is included in the day retreat:

• 2 yoga classes inc. breath work and meditation
• Group sharing
• Woodland walks
• Journalling
• A simple, shared vegetarian lunch (You’re invited to bring food to share) 
• Herbal teas

During the day, you’ll find plenty of green space for wandering and watching nature, plus a woodland kitchen and comfy sofas around a fire in the rustic shelters to relax and chat. 

     ~~~For the day, wear comfortable, weather suitable clothes.

There are compost loos and mains water in Ashlyn Woods.

Ashlyn Woods is 15 mins north of Royston – lifts could be arranged.

Refunds will be offered, in case of inclement weather.
