Join me at the Therfield Heath to mark this year’s Spring Equinox. The Spring Equinox occurs when the Sun crosses the celestial equator going south to north, in the Northern Hemisphere.
I am very happy to be returning to the Heath to offer another outdoor yoga class, in alignment with nature’s cycles.
On the March equinox, the Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere of the planet receive roughly equal amounts of sunlight; neither hemisphere is tilted more toward or away from the Sun than the other.
In this class we will tap into the emerging strength of the Spring season. It is the season for growth, new beginnings and possibilities. We will explore this with a balanced asana class, breath work and aligning ourselves with any intentions with the energy of the growing season.
This outdoor class is the perfect opportunity to connect with the changing of the seasons, as well as connecting with yourself in this beautiful spot that is the Heath.
By joining you will be supporting the charity The Friends of Therfield Heath as part of the proceeds will be donated to them.
